"I am so thrilled to recommend my landscaper - Advance Landscape Designs. I will preface this by saying I have worked with tons of landscape companies over the years and this by far was the BEST experience ever!! It all started with Tiffany Wallace, who is the estimator/project administrator. From the moment I called, she was completely responsive to my needs. 4 days before the work was scheduled, I added on more stuff - a lot more stuff for them to do. Tiffany said "NO PROBLEM, we can get it all done on the same day".
Then the guys showed up on the day of work - EARLY!!! She was at my house to introduce me to the crew. They were so PLEASANT!! Worked very quickly, and took very good care of my plants and lawn. They take a ton of pride in their work. At the end, the crew lead made sure to walk the entire yard to make sure I was pleased. THEN, he took pics, sent them to Tiffany, gave her a final report AND she called me after 5 on a Friday to get the report from me and make sure I was pleased. I am so very pleased with the quality of work and the amazing responsiveness and follow up that I received from Advance Landscape Designs. I felt they were also very competitive in their pricing.
